He worked with and / or about artists, musicians and film directors as Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Larry Clark, Jonathan Caouette, Albert Maysles, Jonas Mekas, Joe Dalessandro, Paul Morrissey, Ai Weiwei, Peter Lindbergh, Bruce Weber, Helmut Newton, Marc Riboud, Patti Smith, Bryan Ferry, Marianne Faithfull and many many others…
These last years he spent his time between Paris and Mexico City, exploring Mexican Cinema, popular culture and the hidden cult of the Santa Muerte.
‘Choppers, Let’s ride’ is a documentary film dedicated to the renaissance of the chopper scene in California, featuring major figures the Cycle Zombies, Dean Micetich, Wil Thomas III, Go Takamine, and many others. Why ride a motorcycle in 2018 with an extra long fork, a rigid frame, no front brake and a total outlaw vibe? “Because it sings the song of eternal freedom”, as Paul d’Orléans says in the film.
