SUMMARY
Embarking on a solo journey around the globe is an adventure in itself, but doing it on a hand-built, 10-foot long, fully rigid chopper takes a unique kind of courage and determination.
‘Why Would You Do It On That?’ captures a moment in the incredible odyssey of Charlie Weisel, a rider who defies convention at every turn. I caught up with Charlie on the open road to delve into his extraordinary life, the challenges of his journey, and the one question everyone asks, “Why would you do it on that?”

There is a damn fine in-depth interview with Charlie on ADVRider’s Youtube channel .. ‘ The Lowdown Show ‘ … and ahhh … btw .. the madman of over extended choppers is based right down the road from me .. so I’ve seen his monstrosity in the metal . Suffice it to say his makes some of those Swedish madcap hyper extended choppers … look damn sane in comparison
Having said all that though … I am convinced the good sir is a little bit .. err … off kilter … if ya gets what I mean … but then again … he aint hurtin nobody ( cept hisself ) … and he does make for a helluva Truth is Much Stranger than Fiction tale … thats still ongoing as best I can tell .
Sooo …. what the hell … his life .. his bike .. a damn fun story to follow so ….

So Rock On Charlie – Ride On – Keep the Shiny Side Up and – Remain Calm ( from what I know not a problem fer ole Charlie ) and do Carry On … telling your tales as they happen
Now about that film… hmm …. will it or won’t it ( ever become available ) .. time will tell

Oh … and hey … damn near forgot ….ole Charlie’s an active bicycle rider as well .. which in my book gives him at least another 10 points to the power of 10 to the good !
