In the shimmering expanse of the Bonneville Salt Flats dreams are measured in seconds and miles. Bonneville: The Dual follows Tyler Malinky, founder of Lowbrow Customs, on his four-year quest to break world records on his dual-engine 1950 Triumph motorcycle – a journey fueled by persistence and passion.
Experience an intimate, first-hand look at the raw perseverance required to chase such a daunting goal. The unwavering support of Tyler’s wife Julia and his closest friends and family leads them through a wide range of emotions as there are personal sacrifices made along the journey.
By his side, Crew Chief and partner on the dual engine, Tim Fiorucci, provides a technical and grounded view of the complexities and responsibilities of land-speed racing from the shop to the Salt Flats.
It’s a story of ambition, relentless desire and a determination so untamed that failure is never an option—a rare kind of drive that turns the improbable into reality.

Yup … tak … free even ( though I’d of liked to of payed something into their kitty )
Couple of criticisms ?
The overly dramatic John Williams wanna be – ( ” Sounds Like Titanic ” – read the book !!! ) – Hollywood BS soundtrack music … doesn’t fit … doesn’t work … and if anything is ultra distracting from the film itself .. and its too damn loud !
Not nearly enough on track ( salt ) footage . As interesting as the backstory may be … ultimately methinks we all wanna just see the damn thing run like a scalded cat out of Parma ( Ohio ) down that long expanse of salt .
But hey … free … so hard to seriously complain … just a couple of criticisms to keep in mind for future projects

fair criticisms…. but it hasn’t been posted here long enough to have had a chance to watch the full film. I always recommend that before a critique 😉
Ahem my good lady …. its been on YouTube for at least a couple of days … so guess what ? … I did watch the entire film before commenting …
Take my word for it Corinna … neither criticisms nor praise come lightly from me ( ask anyone of the three conservatories as well as private students I’ve taught .. many of whom have gone on to great things… I is by nature a major league hard@&$ … as were all my teachers / mentors .* ) … so be guaranteed … if I’m commenting on it … I watched it from end to end .
But jes in case y’alls tracking such things .. I did once opening this page skip around the film a bit ( after having watched all of it on YouTube … where by the way it is being featured ) just to make sure I wasn’t being overly critical .. cause like I said … its free .. so … well .. you know !
So ahhh … in a moment of Joisey Boy … thpppppppt … with humor being the primary intention .

* Suffice it to say in this politically correct SnowFlake era … its a damn good thing I retired when I did ……and no .. I aint on that side of the aisle in the slightest … .. I just know when it comes to the arts …. criticism is the foundation of all great art … whereas constant praise only elicits BS …. of which at present especially in the enshitified internet and digital domain in general .. there’s more than enough .. nay … way too much ….BS ..e.g. Noise … that is
BTW … to be clear … despite the minor critique … this is a decent film well worth watching …. its just that … in light of the subject matter and the story behind it all …
… with the few tweaks I’ve offered along … and perhaps a couple others …. this could of gone from decent …. to great .. with as I’ve said … minimal albeit critical effort
So watch it ( I mean really folks … a beautiful designed and engineered twin engined motorcycle attacking the Salt … how can you not ?!?! ) and appreciate it for what it is .. leaving the critique side of things to the likes of myself and others .
Rock On – Ride On – Remain Calm ( despite all the current BS and the impending storm to follow ) … and do Carry On .. to the film makers .. as well as our Corinna
